Walking into my building, I looked down at my feet, wondering at how comfortable my shoes were, and realized I'd put on the wrong shoes. I almost laughed out loud, despite other folks also coming in to work. My current shoes are emphatically not business-wear, but rather more like overgrown leather slippers. They're by Børn, and are amazing.

The moral of the story is: at least my footwear can make me laugh on days I'm in a rush to get out of the house.
